The following are summaries from my first round of gameplay with each family. As of now, each rotation lasts one season which is 5 sim days. Summaries are written in the order the families are being currently played.
Round One
Nantego Clan- Skin 4
The challenge starts with Umon and Tetia Nantego. The couple builds their small shelter and Tetia begins a garden while Umon gathers fish for the family. The partnership is consummated and Tetia gets pregnant soon after. On the last day of the season for each family, I allow the other clans to congregate and socialize on the current family lot so the sims can get to know each other and also see how everyone interacts. The Nantego clan is blessed by the Spirits with a very good season: the garden is thriving, Umon managed to collect plenty of fish for food, and the couple welcomes a healthy child into the world; a baby girl they name Onyx. Umon, a family sim, wasted no time and Tetia quickly fell pregnant again after Onyx's birth.
Onyx Nantego: Hair- Black, Eyes- Default Dark Blue, Skin- S4 w/freckles
Shiloh Clan- Skin 1
River and Iris-Sun followed suit by constructing shelter, beginning a garden and casting for fish. Unfortunately, the Spirits did not favor the Shiloh clan this season. The family suffered a horrible drought (it didn't rain once!) and after many hours tending to the garden and fishing with breaks in between, they would still succumb to multiple heat strokes. Though they would take refuge inside their shelter and work at night, they would still over heat. Throughout these troubles, Iris-Sun still managed to conceive a child and carry full term despite many heat strokes. She gave birth to a healthy baby boy and heir to the Shiloh clan which they named, Pyralis. The couple came close to starvation before the season was over because even though River spent hours fishing, he couldn't catch bass (the only fish that can currently be cooked) but lucked out when he finally caught a jumbo bass which meant the family would live to see another season. They too conceived quickly after Pryalis was born and the family is expecting another baby.
Pryalis Shiloh: Hair- Blonde, Eyes- Default Light Blue, Skin- S1 w/freckles
Lakota Clan- Skin 4
Once the building of their shelter was completed, Shawnee and Ravena quickly started trying for a baby. It was indeed so quick that Ravena become the first sim to give birth to a child in the middle of the season and by the end of the same season, she was well into her second trimester with her second child. They named their first born son and heir to the Lakota clan, Neptune. (I felt the name was very fitting because Ravena constantly rolled wishes to go swimming in the ocean, she truly loved the water. I tried to find a name that meant 'water' and after a Google search I found Neptune which according to Google means God of the Sea in Roman religion.) During their weekly clans gathering, I noticed Ravena flirting with Karok Moon quickly developing a crush but neither sim further acted on their feelings or was caught by their fellow partners. Overall the Spirits blessed them with a great season and the family continued to thrive.
Neptune Lakota: Hair- Black, Eyes- Default Green, Skin- Default Skin 4
Baxoje Clan- Skins 2&3
Ioway and Dawn's first season was actually pretty uneventful to be quite honest, just the typical day after day of gardening and fishing. It took a couple tries but the couple were finally able to conceive and Dawn gave birth to a healthy baby boy and heir to the Baxoje Clan that they named Akecheta. (Akecheta means fighter in Native American origin) The family continued to expand and Dawn got pregnant again after Akecheta's birth.
Akecheta Baxoje: Hair- Black, Eyes- Default Brown Eyes, Skin- Default S2
Moon Clan- Skin 1
Karok and Odawa continued in suit like all the other clan members by obtaining shelter to escape the unrelenting summer sun and proceeded gardening and fishing to provide for the family. During a visit to the Lakota clan lot, Karok became the object of Ravena's affections and she began flirting with him which resulted in Ravena developing a crush but Karok, a devoted family sim remained loyal to Odawa and did not develop feelings Ravena. The Moon family held their weekly gathering on their family lot like normal and to my surprise I came across Umon Nantego making out with a heavily pregnant Ravena Lakota right in front of his wife, Tetia. Tetia became furious but shockingly did not attack Umon or Ravena. (This interaction was all ACR not me LOL) Odawa, a Romance sim, constantly rolls wishes for woohoo, so it was no surprise when she discovered she was pregnant with their first child. She went on to give birth to a healthy baby girl named Anaya. Before the season was over, Karok and Odawa conceived again an are expecting another child.
